Thank you for choosing Cabana Sunsets Aruba! Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before making a purchase:
1. Reservation and Payment:
All reservations must be made in advance and paid for in full at the time of booking. Failure to make full payment will result in the reservation being cancelled.
2. Cancellation Policy:
We understand that plans may change, but please note that we have a strict cancellation policy. If you need to cancel your reservation, please notify us at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled reservation time to receive a full refund. If you cancel within 48 hours of your reservation time, no refund will be given.
3. Weather:
In the event of inclement weather, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule your reservation. In the case of a cancellation due to weather, we will work with you to reschedule your reservation or provide a full refund.
4. Liability:
We take no responsibility for any loss or damage to personal property or injury sustained by guests during their reservation. By making a reservation with us, you agree to hold us harmless and indemnify us for any claims, actions, damages or losses arising out of your use of our services.
5. Conduct:
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who behaves inappropriately or disruptively during their reservation. Any damages or losses incurred as a result of your conduct will be your sole responsibility.
6. Time Keeping:
We kindly request that you arrive promptly at the designated time that was confirmed when you made your reservation. Our team will be eagerly awaiting your arrival and ready to welcome you and your guests. Please note that your reservation will commence and end at the specified time. If you need to leave earlier than the arranged time, please provide us with a 30-minute notice via phone call, text or WhatsApp on +297 7420215. Please note that until we are able to return and pack up the rental items, you will be responsible for them.
7. Amount of guests
At the time of booking, we can only accommodate the number of people you requested to host your event. It is not permitted to purchase an event package for a certain number of guests and then invite additional people who are not on your original booking or reservation.
